Mathematics Videos

By Vino! :D

Though it doesn’t provide us with exam related information, this video portrays the history of mathematics which is an important general knowledge. Unlike a 2 hour documentary, this video is based on interesting animations and makes it fun to learn along the way.

This video has a really interesting way on teaching us about the topic most of the students dread, that is, Circles. It gives us basic understanding on the chapter and makes it easy for us to remember the formula with its catchy song.

This video teaches us about matrices, with step by step guidelines on how to add and subtract them. It is showered with good responses by people all over the world, as it is made easy to understand.

This video is not really helpful to us especially for exams but it is still quite amazing. Here, the speaker teaches a cool "psychic" trick that maths can do to estimate your age. Its not exactly a card trick though. Anyways, enjoy watching!

In this video, the "teacher" teaches an easy way to square most numbers. The method used can calculate the answer in about five seconds. This helps us students a lot as it reduces the time we take during exams especially, to type out the problem into our calculator and then find the answer. As most of us experience shartage of time during our exams, I think this video can contribute to help us overcome that problem.

The speaker here teaches how to learn the multiplicatrion of the number nine quick and easy just by using our hands and fingers. I know we all have already memorized all the multiplications but we can always teach our younger siblings, cousins, nieces or nephews too. Just watch the video to find out how helpful is it to have ten fingers. :)

Okay, so in this video, if we ever forget to bring our calculators and we have to solve a multiplication related to the number 9, we can easily solve it using subtraction and the rule stated in the video so watch it first okay? :)

Right, i really find this vedic math as a guide to form five math. Ever had troubles or silly mistakes that involve cube roots? Well, in this video, there is a rule and if we follow that rule, we don't have to sit with our calculators trying to find the cube root of a huge number, all you have to do is memorize the natural cube roots which is from 1 to 10. I never knew it was that simple :D

Okay, notice that i'm choosing videos that we normally get silly mistakes at, especially because we're chasing time during the exam and we end up writing the numbers wrongly. Anyway, this video is pretty good, all we have to do is find prime numbers, simple, no? Haha. Well, enjoy!
